Every dusk I see a beatific mystery,
Rising from waters- wild and unforgiving.
Tucking the crashing waves behind her ears,
She sings ballads of charred tears;
Making the brash stars aglow with pain.
Each night she would haunt beauty,
Only to wither away at dawn in
Waters-wild and unforgiving.
Cometh the morning, the shore laden with pearls
Gives shadow of the nocturnal beauty.
Each pearl recounting tale of oceanic love,
Crisscrossing the destiny of millions stars.
Still the beauty as tainted it is, afar from its glow,
Bargains love with setting sun to step on land.
To collect cursed tears, full of memories-
So that she could end her own mystery.
